Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 9 October 2026
Our aim
We want eddiegear.com to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we've done
- Text and buttons are checked for colour contrast.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives.
- Headings are in a logical order, and forms have labels and clear messages.
- Animations are gentle and switch off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- The site works without JavaScript for reading, and pages resize to 400% without losing content.
Known limitations
- Some downloadable PDFs and spreadsheets may not be fully accessible to every screen reader. If one doesn't work for you, tell us and we'll send the content in another format.
- Pages run by other services, such as Kit sign-up confirmations and Gumroad checkout, are outside our control.
Feedback
If something on this site is hard to use, email email us with the page and what went wrong. We'll reply and work on a fix.
How we check
We review the site with automated tests and by hand, with a keyboard and a screen reader, when we make significant changes.
